释义	法律分析：员工在离职之后，属于自由人，享受自由择业的自由。只要员工和单位协商一致，双方同意的情况下就是可以再次入职的。在法律中仅仅规定，在双方同意的情况下可以建立劳动关系，签订劳动合同。并没有规定离职之后是否可以再次入职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
