释义	法律分析：保险法关于犹豫期的规定是，从投保人和保险公司签完协议拿到正式的保单之起的10天内都叫做保险犹豫期，如果投保人在犹豫期内申请退保，则保险公司应该无条件的全额退还保费。如果是通过银保渠道购买的保险产品，按照规定保险犹豫期为15天。规定还要求在保险合同中，保险公司要写明被保险人在犹豫期内享有的退保权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第十一条订立保险合同，应当协商一致，遵循公平原则确定各方的权利和义务。除法律、行政法规规定必须保险的外，保险合同自愿订立。
