释义	法律分析：不合法，商铺面前属于公共通行的道路，区域公共场所不属于个人所有。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百零四条未经批准，擅自挖掘道路、占用道路施工或者从事其他影响道路交通安全活动的，由道路主管部门责令停止违法行为，并恢复原状，可以依法给予罚款；致使通行的人员、车辆及其他财产遭受损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。有前款行为，影响道路交通安全活动的，公安机关交通管理部门可以责令停止违法行为，迅速恢复交通。
