释义	法律分析：签字按手印以后是不可以更改的了。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百零一条讯问笔录应当交犯罪嫌疑人核对或者向他宣读。如果记录有遗漏或者差错，应当允许犯罪嫌疑人补充或者更正，并捺指印。笔录经犯罪嫌疑人核对无误后，应当由其在笔录上逐页签名、捺指印，并在末页写明“以上笔录我看过(或向我宣读过)，和我说的相符”。拒绝签名、捺指印的，侦查人员应当在笔录上注明。讯问笔录上所列项目，应当按照规定填写齐全。侦查人员、翻译人员应当在讯问笔录上签名。
