释义	法律分析：无论全天几点入住，都是次日12点前退房。按照大多数酒店入住的惯例为：按酒店业惯例，酒店的入住时间为14：00，离店时间为中午12：00。法律依据：《中国旅游饭店行业规范》第十条饭店客房收费以“间/夜”为计算单位(钟点房除外)。按客人住一“间/夜”，计收一天房费；次日12时以后、18时以前办理退房手续者，饭店可以加收半天房费；次日18时以后退房者，饭店可以加收一天房费。
