释义	法律分析: 混同，指债权人和债务人同归于一人，致使合同关系及其他债的关系消灭的事实。广义的混同，指不能并立的两种法律关系同归于一人而使其权利义务归于消灭的现象。包括：1、所有权与他物权同归于一人;2、债权与债务同归于一人;3、主债务与保证债务同归于一人。狭义的混同，也即民法典上的混同，仅指债权与债务同归于一人的情况。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十六条债权和债务同归于一人的，合同的权利义务终止，但涉及第三人利益的除外。
