释义	法律分析：漏税可以补救。漏税是指纳税人因无意识而发生的漏缴或少缴税款的违章行为。如由于不了解、不熟悉税法规定和财务制度，或因工作粗心大意，错用税率，漏报应税项目，少计应税数量、销售金额和经营利润等。漏税行为虽属无意，但已构成违章。判定漏税的关键是并非故意，因而在处理上也不同。法律依据：《税收征收管理暂行条例》第三十九条税务机关应限定漏税者如期补缴所漏税款，逾期未缴者，应从漏税之日起，按日加收滞纳金。
