释义	法律分析：美国旅行限制使得一些航班只能降落在美国政府指定的某些美国机场，而旅行禁令使得某些国家公民不能直接入境美国，如需返美则不得不在第三国家停留14天。而美东时间9月14日起，取消的只是旅行限制，并没有取消旅行禁令，所以9月14日起中国公民依然不能从国内直飞到美国。法律依据：《美国国安部管理条例》第四十七条针对乘载曾在中国旅行或正在中国旅行人员航班的达到限制。
