二建已注销不给出库怎么解决 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
具体方法是：建议双方协商解决。未达成一致意见的，可以向建委申诉或者法院起诉。二级注册建造师本人和聘用企业应当及时向市级建设行政主管部门提出注销注册申请。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国注册建造师管理规定》 第三十五条 违反本规定，未取得注册证书和执业印章，担任大中型建设工程项目施工单位项目负责人，或者以注册建造师的名义从事相关活动的，其所签署的工程文件无效，由县级以上地方人民政府建设主管部门或者其他有关部门给予警告，责令停止违法活动，并可处以一万元以上三万元以下的罚款。
