释义	法律分析：医保异地就医备案后，是不能两地同时使用的，如果再回到回参保地想要使用是不能用的，需要去医保部门撤销异地备案后方可继续使用。异地直报需要的材料如下： 1、发票，当地财政部门监制，医院盖收费章； 2、与发票对应的费用清单； 3、出院小结和诊断证明书； 4、住院病历复印件，医保卡正反面复印件； 5、单位证明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
