如果是亲生父子关系不得解除，如果是养父子可以到民政部门办理解除收养登记或者到法院起诉解除父子关系。
一、异地能办理协议离婚吗
可以。根据我国法律的规定，如果是协议离婚，一般是双方到民政部门办理离婚登记，既可以到原办理结婚登记的民政部门，也可以到一方常住户口所在地的民政部门办理。但是，如果是协议离婚，每个地方的规定是不同的，有的地方可以异地办理，但是要提供暂住证，有的地方是不允许异地办理的，要回到原办理结婚登记的民政部门办理。
二、收养关系的解除有哪些方法
当事人如果想解除收养关系，有以下两种途径可以选择：
1、收养人与送养人或收养人与成年的被收养人可以协议解除收养关系。
当事人协议解除收养关系的，应当到民政部门办理解除收养关系的登记。
协议解除收养关系的，应符合下列条件：
(1)双方就解除收养关系达成合意;
(2)双方均须为完全民事行为能力人。
2、不能达成协议的，可诉请人民法院解决。
在养父母与成年养子女关系恶化，一方要求解除收养关系时，人民法院应依据双方的实际情况加以调解，调解不成的判决解除收养关系。

第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。
成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
