释义	法律分析：双休日是不发工资的，因为周末银行不上班不能发工资。公司应该每个月都按时支付一定的工资，如果规定发工资的时间刚好是休息日的话，用人单位应该提前在最近的工作日支付工资。如果克扣工资不发是违法的，劳动者可以投诉甚至起诉用人单位。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
