释义	法律分析: 一般是不能收取的。在高中生活，利用本该是假期的空闲时间进行组织补课就违反了教育局的规定，更何况要收取费用更是违背了规定。若是学校强行实施这种补课，学生有权利通过打电话或者到教育局内去投诉。法律依据: 《严禁中小学校和在职中小学教师有偿补课的规定》第四条各地教育部门要将在职教师是否组织或参与有偿补课，作为年度考核、职务评审、岗位聘用、实施奖惩的重要依据，实行一票否决制。
