释义	法律分析：9岁孩子的证词没有效。不能正确表达意志的人，不能作为证人。待证事实与其年龄、智力状况或者精神健康状况相适应的无民事行为能力人和限制民事行为能力人，可以作为证人。只要能证明客观事实的都是有效证据，有厉害关系的证人证言如能和其它证人证言或证据相印证，则应有效，如不能相互印证，则难以被采纳。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十二条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
