上海种植牙已纳入医保政策 |

2022年种植牙已经纳入医 保政策，而且是在全 国范围内的。比如在北京、上海、宁波、四川、广州、深圳等城市，种植牙的费用可以用医 保账户历年余额来支付。
而且，伴随着种植牙纳入医 保政策，像浙江、四川、宁夏等地种植牙集采试点工作也已经开始执行。
一般牙齿治疗的费用，有部分项目在医保定点医院可以刷医保卡。镶牙、种植牙，不在医疗保险报销范围内，所以不能医保报销。
目前去医院看口腔疾病，已经纳入医保范围的主要是补牙、拔牙以及治疗牙周病、牙龈炎等发生的医药费。比较高额的种植牙费用主要是材料费，如烤瓷牙、种植牙，这些费用通常是经物价部门批准，属于特需服务费，所以不能进行医保报销。不过，镶牙、种植牙、洗牙，虽然不能医保报销，但可以使用医保卡个人的账户余额支付费用。
目前我国医疗报销法规，如果是治疗性质的牙科治疗，在医保报销范围之内。已经纳入医保范围的主要是补牙(包括基本材料、治疗费)、拔牙以及治疗牙周病、牙龈炎等牙病发生的费用。而种植牙属于美容的范围，和牙齿的矫正正畸是一样，所以不能用于医保。
种植牙费用要多少钱：
种植牙是不能用医保，是属于自费的项目，费用一般是9000到2万元左右，具体要看种植体的材质以及上部修复的材质。种植体材质，一般韩国系统会便宜一些，如果是瑞士系统，价格就会贵一些。上部修复普通的金属烤瓷牙价格会便宜一些，全瓷牙的价格就会贵一些，但是全瓷牙对磁共振没有影响，所以临床上用的也比较多。
