释义	法律分析：农村一般不会划分声环境功能区，但原则上也是按照1类环境功能区的噪音限值要求。如果高速公路所造成的噪声已经超过1类环境功能区的限值就属于侵权，应承担赔偿责任。至于补偿标准至今也没有确定，一般是按照每月每户每人50元不等进行补偿，直到噪音降至合理范围。法律依据：《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》第五条地方各级人民政府在制定城乡建设规划时，应当充分考虑建设项目和区域开发、改造所产生的噪声对周围生活环境的影响，统筹规划，合理安排功能区和建设布局，防止或者减轻环境噪声污染。
