小区公共绿地被占用物业有责任吗

法律分析：物业有劝导制止的责任。
物业公司接受业主委托管理服务小区共用区域共用设施。个别业主侵犯全体业主利益肯定不对。
物业公司没有维护好公共绿地，依照物业服务协议，也是违约了。
物业虽然不也是执法单位，但是既然受委托进行管理，就要有所行动，最起码应该主动劝导、制止无效的要上报主管部门。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二百八十二条 建设单位、物业服务企业或者其他管理人等利用业主的共有部分产生的收入，在扣除合理成本之后，属于业主共有。
