释义	法律分析：加盟费属于加盟商向特许人支付的“一次性”费用，只要加盟商已经实际依合同获得或使用特许商提供的商标、商号、经营技术资产并提供相关文件，那么加盟费的价值就已经实现，加盟合同关于加盟费的条款实际已经履行完毕，故解除加盟合同时，不能要求退还加盟费。况且即使加盟商要求退还加盟费的，特许人也可以不退。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
