释义	法律分析：符合条件的已婚现役军官、士官和文职人员，每月可以享受夫妻分居生活补助费1000元。相比旧政策而言，调整后的军队人员夫妻生活补助费发放，不再对士官设军种、艰苦地区的限制，只要已婚士官与配偶户籍不在同一地级以上城市，且实际不在一起生活的，就可以领取夫妻分居生活补助费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照刑法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
