释义	法律分析：借道行驶是指行人在没有划人行横道的道路上通过车行道或者车辆在转弯、会车、超车、掉头、停车时驶入其他道路，包括机动车变更车道、驶入非机动车道或者人行道，非机动车驶入机动车道或人行道。凡是属于借道通行，都有让“主道”车辆、行人优先通行并保障其安全的义务。辅道车不让主道车属于违章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
