释义	法律分析：退税一般税局都是都是比较长时间，申请退税一般都3个月左右才到账。据相关的文件规定，个人购买住房时，单套建筑面积在144平方米以下或者套内建筑面积120平方米以下的，并且该住房属于家庭少有住房的，契税减按1.5％征收。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第五十一条纳税人超过应纳税额缴纳的税款，税务机关发现后应当立即退还；纳税人自缴纳税款之日起三年内发现的，可以向税务机关要求退还多缴纳的税款。
