释义	律师解答：证明公司的合法性，应当三证齐全且在有效期内。所谓三证是指《企业法人执照》、《组织代码证》、各类行业的许可证。卫生食品行业应是《卫生许可证》，公共场合的还应有消防、公安等许可证。如果缺少任一证或任何一证漏审漏检，就是不合法的公司。另，证照登记的内容必须与实际相符，否则是违法变更，同样是不合法的公司。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国公司法》第五条公司从事经营活动，必须遵守法律、行政法规，遵守社会公德、商业道德，诚实守信，接受政府和社会公众的监督，承担社会责任。
