释义	法律主观：少数民族有死刑。是否判处死刑要根据案件事实、犯罪情节等因素来确定，对于罪行极其严重的犯罪分子，一般会判处死刑，与是否是少数民族没有关系。法律只规定了犯罪的时候不满十八周岁的人和审判的时候怀孕的妇女不适用死刑，审判的时候已满七十五周岁的人，也不适用死刑，但以特别残忍手段致人死亡的除外。
