公司给升职后又要降职合法吗

法律主观：
单位单方降职降薪的，劳动者可以拒绝。协商不成的，劳动者可以 解除劳动合同 ，单位应当按照每年工龄支付劳动者一个月工资的 经济补偿金 ，协商期间劳动者应坚持上班打卡，以免单位以旷工作出辞退。调岗降薪属于 变更劳动合同 的主要内容，用人单位必须先与劳动者协商一致，未经劳动者同意，用人单位单方面调整岗位，原则上是无效的，可以先跟用人单位协商，协商不成可以 申请劳动仲裁 ，到当地 劳动争议仲裁 委员会申请。
