释义	法律分析：属于非法同居。非法同居不算触犯法律，但是如果是有配偶的人与他人以夫妻名义共同生活的，触犯法律，构成重婚罪，一般处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。属于重婚的情形还有：一是是法律上重婚，指有配偶的人与他人登记结婚，到婚姻登记机关进行结婚登记。二是事实上重婚，即有配偶的人与他人以夫妻名义共同生活。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
