国内怎样申请个人破产
释义
法律分析：依据破产法相关司法解释的规定，在我国个人是不可以申请破产的，个人不是法人组织，是没有破产主体资格的。
法律依据：《最高人民法院〈关于审理企业破产案件若干问题的规定〉》
第四条 申请(被申请)破产的债务人应当具备法人资格，不具备法人资格的企业、个体工商户、合伙组织、农村承包经营户不具备破产主体资格。
第五条 国有企业向人民法院申请破产时，应当提交其上级主管部门同意其破产的文件;其他企业应当提供其开办人或者股东会议决定企业破产的文件。
