法律分析：
不可以提出辞职后立即走人。劳动者提出辞职要符合法定程序，用人单位不批准的情况下，在试用期内的，提前三天通知用人单位，超过试用期的，提前三十天通知用人单位方能合法解除劳动合同。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
