书记员合同期内可以辞职吗

法律分析：作为聘用制的书记员也是不可以随时辞职的,如果是聘用制的话,那和行政单位之间的这种关系就适用于劳动合同法,想要辞职的话必须要提前30天就向法院递交辞职报告的,一般来说法院是不可能做出那些侵犯员工合法权益的行为的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
