释义	法律分析：工会，或称劳工总会、工人联合会。工会原意是指基于共同利益而自发组织的社会团体。法律依据：《中华人民共和国工会法》第十条各类企业、事业单位、机关都应当建立工会组织；可单独建立基础工会委员会，有两个以上单位的会员联合建立基层工会委员会，也可以选举组织员一人，组织会员开展活动。女职工人数较多的，建立工会女职工委员会，在同级工会领导下开展工作；女职工人数较少的，在工会委员会中设女职工委员。
