投机倒把罪 法律问题

法律分析:
现在我国《刑法》已经无这个罪名了。投机倒把罪，顾名思义即是以买空卖空、囤积居奇、套购转卖等手段牟取暴利的犯罪。
法律依据:
《国家工商行政管理局关于对第三条第（十一）项如何解释的规定》 一、《条例》第三条第（十一）项所规定的“其他扰乱社会主义经济秩序的投机倒把行为”指的是：《条例》第三条第（一）项至第（十）项的规定没有包括在内的，且以牟取非法利润为目的，违反国家法规和政策，扰乱社会主义经济秩序的行为。
