释义	法律分析：投机倒把罪不属于危害国家安全,计划经济时代的投机倒把罪是以获取非法利润为目的,违反金融、外汇、金银、物资、工商管理法规,非法从事工商业活动、扰乱国家金融和市场管理、破坏社会主义经济秩序,情节严重的行为。我国在1997年取消“投机倒把罪”,投机倒把条例也于2008年1月撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百零二条勾结外国，危害中华人民共和国的主权、领土完整和安全的，处无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑。与境外机构、组织、个人相勾结，犯前款罪的，依照前款的规定处罚。
