释义	法律分析：在道路中行驶，必须要按照交通规则进行行驶，不得违法违规行驶，但有些人却在行驶的时候逆向行驶，导致在道路中行驶的时候遇到了问题，也给其他的车辆造成了严重的影响。面对此类情况要需要扣分，机动车逆向行驶要扣3分，罚款200元。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十五条机动车、非机动车实行右侧通行。第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
