上市公司可以不安排双休，但是必须安排单休。我国劳动法规定，劳动者每日的工作时间不超过八小时，每周工作时间不超过四十四小时。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第三十六 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八个小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工作制度。用人单位应当劳动者每周至少休息一日。
