释义	双方到民政部门离婚，达成的协议是当事人在平等自愿的前提下，协商一致的结果。协议对双方具有法律上的约束力，都理应接受这一决定所带来的法律后果。当事人基于这种具有民事性质的协议发生纠纷的，应当适用及的基本原则和相关规定。【法律依据】《婚姻法》若干问题解释（二）第八条，协议离婚后双方已发生法律效力和产生法律后果，当事人因离婚就财产分割达成的协议，只要意思表示真实，合法有效，任何一方均应予以遵守，全面履行。
