释义	法律主观：违反本办法规定，驾驶员有下列情形之一的，由道路运输管理机构责令改正，并处以500元至1000元罚款：(一)驾驶员超出核准区域范围营运的;(二)在允许上客路段乘客招停后不载客，待租时拒绝运送乘客的;(三)不使用计价器、利用计价器作弊或不执行客运出租汽车运价的;(四) 无正当理由中断服务的;(五)未经乘客同意，强行搭载他人同乘的;(六)未经乘客同意绕道行驶的。
