释义	法律分析：父母的债务子女有责任承担吗。父母的债务子女一般不用承担责任。但如果子女继承了父亲的遗产，则以继承的遗产为限，对父亲的债务承担清偿的责任。否则除了自愿偿还，父债不用子女偿还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第十七条十八周岁以上的自然人为成年人。不满十八周岁的自然人为未成年人。第十八条成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。第十三条理解与适用自然人从出生时起到死亡时止，具有民事权利能力，依法享有民事权利，承担民事义务。
