释义	网站备案一般需要20个工作日。根据法律规定，省通信管理局在收到备案人提交的备案材料后，若材料齐全，应在20个工作日内予以备案，向其发放备案电子验证标识和备案编号，并通过信息产业部备案管理系统向社会公布有关备案信息。如果材料不齐全的，不予备案，在20个工作日内通知备案人并说明理由。法律依据《中华人民共和国计算机信息系统安全保护条例》第七条，任何组织或者个人，不得利用计算机信息系统从事危害国家利益、集体利益和公民合法利益的活动，不得危害计算机信息系统的安全。
