进修签合同提前辞职怎么处理？

法律分析：
当事人进修如果是业余时间且自费，那就和解除劳动合同没有任何关系，只需提前30天以书面形式提出解除劳动合同，即可在满30天后离职，并不存在违约金的说法（商业秘密和与知识产权事宜从其约定）；但如果是单位出资的进修，那么应承担尚未履行部分所应分摊的培训费用。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
