释义	有效。即使是合同被撕毁，只要有其它证据证明合同存在的事实的，合同仍然具有法律效力。即如果对方有其他证据能够证明你们之间达成过合意，也就能证明合同存在，此时合同就是有效的，双方仍要受合同约束的。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第九十条无法与原件、原物核对的复印件、复制品，不能单独作为认定案件事实的依据。
