释义	法律分析：按照法律规定是可以请假回家的，但是整个刑事诉讼程序走下来也要几个月的时间，等拿到判决书也就离满刑的时间不远了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十二条拘役的期限，为一个月以上六个月以下。第四十三条被判处拘役的犯罪分子，由公安机关就近执行。在执行期间，被判处拘役的犯罪分子每月可以回家一天至两天；参加劳动的，可以酌量发给报酬。第四十四条拘役的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算；判决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
