释义	法律分析：一般情况下应由发生人身损害的饮酒人自负损失，对饮酒后果本人应承担主要或者全部责任。但如果有以下四种情况，“酒友”也应承担相应的赔偿责任：1、明知醉酒人不能喝酒；2、强迫性劝酒；3、酒后驾车、洗澡、剧烈运动未加以劝阻；4、未将醉酒者安全送达。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十五条行为人因过错侵害他人民事权益造成损害的，应当承担侵权责任。依照法律规定推定行为人有过错，其不能证明自己没有过错的，应当承担侵权责任。
