释义	法律分析: 职工在本省内或向外省迁移，应到受理其原单位失业保险业务的经办机构办理失业保险关系转移手续。由经办机构出具职工参保及缴费情况证明，职工凭此证明到迁入地失业保险经办机构接续失业保险关系；失业人员领取失业保险金期间在本省内跨统筹地区转移的，由迁出地经办机构出具证明，失业人员凭证明和《职工失业保险手册》到迁入地经办机构接续失业保险关系，并按迁入地标准领取失业保险金。《失业保险条例》第二十二条城镇企业事业单位成建制跨统筹地区转移，失业人员跨统筹地区流动的，失业保险关系随之转迁。
