释义	法律分析：对于二审中是否可以再追加被告，要具体对待。当提出追加被告的请求后，二审法院将根据你的理由，认为确实需要追加的，进行调解，调解不成发回原审法院重审。如果二审法院认为不需要追加的，会根据原有证据进行裁决。在实际中，二审法院一般不同意追加被告，再者只要追加进来的被告不同意调解，也就没办法了。不过终审判决生效后，可以申请再审。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百三十二条必须共同进行诉讼的当事人没有参加诉讼的，人民法院应当通知其参加诉讼。
