释义	收购废旧金属的企业和个体工商户不得收购下列金属物品：(一)枪支、弹药和爆炸物品；(二)剧毒、放射性物品及其容器；(三)铁路、油田、供电、电信通讯、矿山、水利、测量和城市公用设施等专用器材；(四)公安机关通报寻查的赃物或者有赃物嫌疑的物品。风险提示：收购废旧金属的企业在收购生产性废旧金属时，应当查验出售单位开具的证明，对出售单位的名称和经办人的姓名、住址、身份证号码以及物品的名称、数量、规格、新旧程度等如实进行登记。法律依据《废旧金属收购业治安管理办法》第九条
