二期士官退伍安置政策
释义
法律分析：对义务兵服现役不满12年的士官退出现役，按照国家规定发给退役金，实行自主就业；对服现役满12年的士官、平时荣获二等功以上奖励或者战时荣获三等功以上奖励的士兵、属于烈士子女和因战致残被评定为5级至8级残疾等级的退役士兵，由县级以上地方人民政府安排工作；如果本人自愿，也可以自主就业。
法律依据：根据《退役士兵安置条例》第三十四条规定：国家机关、事业单位、国有以及国有控股和国有资本占主导地位的企业招收录用或者聘用人员的，应当在同等条件下优先招收录用或者聘用退役士兵。
