释义	法律分析：国外的婚姻关系国内有效。在外国领取的结婚证只要不违反我国民法的基本原则和中华人民共和国社会公共利益的，一般在国内是有效的，而且不需要在中国境内再重新办理结婚登记或者认证手续。但是如果要在中国境内使用在国外领取的结婚证，如需要在国内办理离婚，则应在婚姻缔结地办理公证和该国外交部或外交部授权的机关认证，并经中国驻该国使、领馆认证。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零四十六条，结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。
