释义	法律分析：划线支票的法律效力如下：就付款人而言，付款人应当按照划线的要求进行付款。如果普通划线支票的付款人将票据款项支付给了非银行的任何人，或者特别划线支票的付款人将票据款项支付给了非划线内银行的任何人，而该收款人不是真正的权利人，则付款银行须对真正的付款人承担责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第八十一条支票是出票人签发的，委托办理支票存款业务的银行或者其他金融机构在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。
