释义	法律分析：体检没过是不能当兵的。法律依据：《征兵工作条例》第十八条教育、公安、卫生健康等部门按照职责分工，对应征公民的思想政治、健康状况和文化程度进行初审。初审合格人员根据乡、民族乡、镇和街道办事处人民武装部（以下统称基层人民武装部）或者普通高等学校征兵工作站通知，在规定时限内，自行到指定医疗机构参加初检。初检主要对身高、体重、视力以及对裸露部位文身疤痕等身体明显不合格问题进行检查。初检不受户籍和应征地限制，初检结果在全国范围内互认。
