释义	法律分析：债的关系中有权利要求另一方（债务人）为或不为一定行为的当事人。在债的关系中，债权人是特定的，只有该特定的权利主体才有权要求义务主体履行约定的义务。负有履行义务的人如不履行义务，债权人有权请求司法机构强制其履行。如果债权人由于对方不履行义务而遭受到经济上的损失，有权要求赔偿。债权人还享有代位权和撤销权。代位权是指债权人以自己的名义，代债务人行使其为第三法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
