释义	法律分析：借钱最好是打借条而不是欠条。借条是借款人向出借人出具的借款书面凭证，它证明双方建立了一种借款合同关系；而欠收是双方基于以前的经济往来而进行结算的一种结算依据，它实际上是双方对过往经济往来的结算，仅是代表一种纯粹的债权债务关系，并不代表借款合同关系。因此借款时宜写“借条”，而不宜写“欠条”。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
